- Advertisement 24/2026 confirms that scanned photographs and scanned signatures are among the application uploads, but it does not publish their byte limits or geometry. That supports the existence of file fields, not the two 500 KB compatibility ceilings displayed here.
- The binding values appear inside regn.hpsc.gov.in at the upload step. Record the permitted format, minimum and maximum bytes, width and height, and any background or ink instruction shown there before exporting; none of those details can be recovered from the public advertisement cited here.
- A 500 KB preset is deliberately labelled unconfirmed. Do not compress toward that number in advance or infer that a file below it is suitable: the private field may impose a lower cap, a minimum, fixed pixels or an encoded-format rule.
- Photo and signature are separate scanned assets even though the public notice names them together. Preserve a full-resolution portrait and a tightly cropped signature source so each can be rebuilt when the signed-in form reveals its own orientation and validation fields.
