Reporting a spec correction
EasyPhoto's value is accuracy. If you find a country's photo size, background colour or file-size limit is out of date, email us with the country, the detail, and a link to the official source. We prioritise these.
What to include in a bug report
Tell us the page, device and browser, the step that failed, and what you expected to happen. For privacy, do not email an identity document or a real application photo. A screen recording made with a harmless sample file is usually enough to reproduce a visual or download issue.
We don't collect your photos. There's nothing to ask about your images, because they never leave your device.
