How do I crop an image online for free?

Can I lock the aspect ratio when cropping?
Yes. Choose Free, 1:1 (square), 4:3, 3:4, 16:9 or 9:16 before dragging — the crop box snaps to that ratio automatically as you resize.
Does the tool show exact pixel dimensions?
Yes. The live width × height in pixels is shown as you drag, so you can hit a precise size. If you need a specific output size, resize the image first with the Resize Image (Pixels) tool.
What image formats does the crop tool support?
