Application-specific notes for BPSC
- BPSC's user manual separates live webcam capture from file upload. The candidate photograph is taken inside the application, so the 50 KB compatibility photo setting is not a published upload target and this tool cannot substitute a prepared file for that camera step.
- Two signatures are uploaded: one in Hindi and one in English. Prepare each as its own JPG under the recorded 20 KB ceiling, label them clearly on your device, and inspect the portal previews so the language fields are not swapped.
- The manual publishes no fixed photo pixels because the portal controls capture. Do not infer a portrait canvas or background-replacement rule from a generic passport preset; follow the webcam framing and lighting instructions displayed during the BPSC session.
- For signatures, a byte ceiling alone does not define useful geometry. Crop unused paper while preserving complete strokes, keep the source scans, and take any dimensions, ink instruction or minimum KB value from the active upload field if it displays them.

The Bihar PSC manual describes live webcam capture rather than a prepared photograph upload. Before opening the form, arrange even front lighting, a clear background and a stable camera. The stored photo target remains compatibility-only and is not a BPSC upload specification.
Prepare two language-specific signature files
BPSC's upload step calls for Hindi and English signatures as separate JPG files under 20 KB. Label them before starting the application and inspect both previews; a successful live portrait does not replace either signature upload.
